When you stay at this gorgeous resort, you will feel like you are in paradise. the property is stunning, and it is evident that every little detail was thoughtfully chosen. the spa, with its cenote, is a highlight, and it's worth experiencing. the rooms offer fantastic views of the ocean and are very comfortable.
One thing you may want to keep in mind is that some of the spa services come with an expensive fee.

This hotel was an unforgettable experience. the luxurious amenities were unparalleled, including the infinity pool overlooking the stunning Caribbean Sea and the private facilities for an exclusive escape. the restaurant offered exceptional dishes and accommodated my partner's dietary needs with specials menus. My favourite was the delicious full body massage at the spa lounge, a truly relaxing treat. the room key, a bracelet with an inspiring phrase, was a unique touch. the location was also ideal for beach access and sun terrace.
The only minor inconvenience I encountered was the fee at the spa. While trying to relax at the cenote during the rainy days, the staff kept insisting on the stages of a cleanse program, which involved an additional cost of $80.

The facilities were impressive and the view was breathtaking. the food was amazing, with unique flavors that were truly remarkable.
The spa experience was not a highlight. the staff did not respect my wishes and pushed their expensive cleanse program instead, which made me feel uncomfortable.

The food and ambiance were top-notch and made our stay enjoyable. It was incredible to wake up every day to the sound of the ocean. The room was well-decorated and cozy, making us feel right at home.
The spa experience was a bit disappointing, with intrusive staff trying to push their pricey cleanse packages. the hot tub was not available for free but cost $80 for a basic spa pass, which was frustrating.
